Pittsburgh, Pa. manufacturing facility. One truck directly to your
destination address! The factory leases trucks directly
from independent truckers who work exclusively for our factory.
Our drivers are conscientious and courteous, keeping their loads
tarped and racked while driving carefully. These measures help us
insure the safe and sound delivery of your building.
Steel
(our high quality standards)
Our
steel is made by domestic mills with the highest quality 50,000
yield structural galvalume steel consisting of aluminum, zinc, and
silicone. Our coating has twice the resistance to rust and corrosion
as other standard galvanized products. We require that our steel
arrives tarped from our supplier and is then immediately stored
inside our plant. Our arch buildings are made in 23, 22, 20, 18,
and 16 gauge depending on your local codes.
Product
Quality
Our arch steel buildings have tremendous structural strength. Each
arch is 24.5"wide and have a 7" bolt pattern from ground
to ground. Each arch panel has a 9" overlap, with a double row
of bolts that overlap the next panel, No leaks here! When one arch overlaps
the next arch, the lip is square so that the bends of the lip add
super strength in the arch when placed over the square lip of the
adjoining arch. Our arch panel has 7.5 inch depth, again giving
it Maximum Strength! Our cross-corrugations
are quite small which not only gives greater rigidity, but increases
the maximum strength of our panel and makes it the strongest arch
building manufactured today in the world! Thus, your building is protected
against natures strong winds and heavy snows, and earthquakes! We
use industrial coated steel! It's not light or soft, therefore it's
easy to install and not subject to wind, hail, or snow damage. It's
non-corrosive, built to last a lifetime!
